These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Image2Doc website and the Image2Doc desktop application (together, the “Service”). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use Image2Doc

Image2Doc is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may install, run, and distribute the unmodified application files for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Sell or sublicense the Application as your own product.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices contained in the Application.
• Use the Application to process content you do not have the right to process.

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Image2Doc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you process with Image2Doc and for ensuring that such use complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Components

Image2Doc may include open-source components that are licensed under their own terms. Those licenses continue to apply to the components they cover.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
